Packout M12 Jigsaw FUEL (DIGITAL 3D PRINT FILE ONLY)

THIS IS A DIGITAL STL FILE FOR 3D PRINTING NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT. You will not receive a physical product, this is a digital 3D file so you can personally 3D print your own insert.

This is a custom insert that I've designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Jigsaw FUEL plus all your accompanying and kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee 48228435 PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

Features - Super Flexible Design

• Multi Layered Storage - Designed to use every square inch of the Packout box! I've designed multi layered stacking tubs running the length of the right side.
  • Upper Tub - Provides dedicated jigsaw blade storage. 3 slots are included to allow sorting blades by type. Openings are integrated to allow for easily lifting out a blade.
  • Lower Tub - Provides a general storage . You can also store more jigsaw blades here.
  • Bottom of Insert - This is where the dust extraction tube is stored. There's also some storage space alongside the tube storage area for smaller items if you would like.
• Dust Extraction Tube - The dust extraction tube has a dedicated storage spot under that layered storage tubs. You may notice the tube is longer than the tub area, which is why I developed my own custom solution. When placing the tube into the insert, it’ll pass through an access hole in the wall allowing the tip of the tube to sit under the Jigsaw itself! The Jigsaw is elevated within the insert allowing the tube to slide in underneath without issue. Additionally, the Lower stackable tub is custom designed to wrap around the tube!

• Under Tool Storage - Space is available under the Jigsaw for even more storage! You can use this to store any jigsaw blade packs (provided they're not super bulky). A visual demonstration of this is included in the photo gallery here.
• Battery Storage - Space is included for your battery storage needs! You can fit any size of M12 Battery with ease or simply use this area for general storage.

Dust Extraction Tube - Regional Design Variations:

The M12 Jigsaw has two totally different designs for the dust extraction tube, you can rest assured though that I have two custom designs and file sets that accomodate either!

Please refer to this photo guide to determine if you will want to print file set A or B.

These two different designs could be regional or a revised part for manufacture, but you can rest assured you can print that file set that will perfectly fit which ever version you have with your tool!

FileFile Sizes/Dimensions:

These are large parts. Files are provided for both single part prints or printing in halves with my pre-split files. My pre-split files have sections included that allow the two halves interlock and allow for easy application of super glue.

If you want to see the sizes of each part, please look the at last image in the gallery above to see photos with the part sizes/dimensions. If the pre-split parts are still too large, you may need to slice them up smaller, so they fit your printer.

• This 3D file is strictly for personal use/3D printing only. It is not to be used for redistribution or for use in mass manufacture or profit in any form.
• The ONLY people authorised to sell physical prints using my designs/3D models are vendors who have contacted me in advance to discuss this possibility.
