Packout Toolbox - Orbital Pad Storage (6"/150mm) (DIGITAL 3D PRINT FILE ONLY)

THIS IS A DIGITAL STL FILE FOR 3D PRINTING NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT. You will not receive a physical product, this is a digital 3D file so you can personally 3D print your own insert.

This is a custom insert that I have designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store all your 150mm/6 Inch Orbital Sanding Pads. It specifically fits the Milwaukee 48-22-8424 PACKOUT Toolbox.

Features

• Efficient Storage - Store and sort your 150mm orbital sanding pads like never before! 6 dedicated spots are available for all your storage needs. Additional tub storage is available surrounding the 6 slots for your smaller items.
• Grit Sorting - I've designed a fully custom system to label and sort your different grits of sandpaper. This allows you to store multiple different grits in a single slot! The divider consists of a disc that sits between the pads which has a handle attached. This handle allows for easily lifting out your chosen sandpaper. 
• Grit Labels - I designed fully modular printable labels that slot into the dividers handle section. You can see these above as they are printed in red for the photos. Pre-made STL label files are included for 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 240 and 400 Grit sandpaper.
• Label STEP File - I've also included the STEP File for the label part itself. If you have different grit grades you'd like to store, you can simply use the provided STEP file to emboss your own label/text. You can also adjust the tolerances of how snug they labels fit the handles of the dividers if you'd like. This way you can tweak the sizing to best suit your printer. I don't publish STEP files normally however; this label piece is an exception to allow you to customise your set up.

FileFile Sizes/Dimensions:

These are large parts. Files are provided for both single part prints or printing in halves with my pre-split files. My pre-split files have sections included that allow the two halves interlock and allow for easy application of super glue.

If you want to see the sizes of each part, please look the at last image in the gallery above to see photos with the part sizes/dimensions. If the pre-split parts are still too large, you may need to slice them up smaller, so they fit your printer.

• The ONLY people authorised to sell physical prints using my designs/3D models are vendors who have contacted me in advance to discuss this possibility. I conduct this review process to ensure print quality and to review the reputation of the vendor.
